Today Prof. Barbosa-Cánovas is Professor of Food Engineering at Washington State University (Pullman, WA) in the Department of Biologicial Systems Engineering, where he teaches Food Process Engineering Design, Dehydration of Foods, Food Powder Technology, and Food Rheology.)
